The shots where natural/fun/creative and most importantly, she blended in and the focus was on us enjoying our special moment together with family and friends while she was a fly on the wall capturing pure joy.

Caroline did out wedding in May this year, and her photos captured everything perfectly! Not only are her photos amazing she’s really sound too!
We first came across her at my cousin’s wedding, where she worked so smoothly that we didn’t even realise she was the photographer, which meant that all the photos were candid and natural. We had no doubt that we wanted Caroline to do our wedding, and she even exceeded our expectations. She was so relaxed, even our “posed” photos felt and look natural. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Caroline!

I had found Wild Things Wed on Instagram and loved her style of photography. Mentioned her to my friend who was getting married before us and she had already booked her. So I experienced Caroline’s professionalism at a wedding I attended before booking Caroline for our legal ceremony (thanks Covid) and she was so accommodating with date changes etc.
We didn’t get to meet in person before (again Covid) but we didn’t need to as we spoke on the phone and felt so comfortable with her as we had already seen her style first hand.
We are all crazy cat people so just clicked 😸.
On our wedding day, Caroline was amazing. Had scouted out areas on the grounds for the best shots, made sure to remind us of the shots we had asked for and just blended in so you really felt comfortable the whole time.
Our guests barely noticed they were being photographed so we have so many fabulous natural shots.
We got a ‘sneak peak’ gallery 2 days after the wedding which was amazing. We have now received our USB 4 weeks later and the pictures are incredible – as was the packaging it came in!
Can’t wait to do it all again with Caroline for our big day in July. Can not recommend enough!!

If you’re anything like us, you are sitting there right now, bleary eyed, looking at your 756th wedding photographer review, scouring their portfolios and if you see 1 more perfectly posed couple with their beaming smiles you might just become a bit sick…..Well, I’ve got some good news for you, your search is over – Caroline from Wild Things Wed is your saviour…
We were lucky to randomly come across her and instantly fell in love with her style of photography, her portfolio is 100% cheese free and has that edginess that sets her apart from the crowd. Caroline is not only the consummate professional (she even did a recce run to our venue!) but has an amazing warm personality and a great sense of humour, which so many guests commented on.
We went with the second shooter package and on the day Caroline & Janco could not have been better, blending into the background when needed but also ensuring we got all of the pictures we wanted, working seamlessly with our videographer and thinking outside the box to get some incredible shots.
Having seen her portfolio we were expecting big things, but we genuinely weren’t prepared for receiving the pictures (which was super quick by the way!), we were blown away. Caroline and Janco captured our big day perfectly with the most amazing photos, and when we look at the them it really brings it all to life again every time, there is zero cheese, no fakeness just all the moments that made our day special for us to enjoy forever.
Our only advise is to book her right now, hopefully she’s available for your date and if she isn’t consider re-scheduling 🙂

To say that we are thrilled with our decision is an understatement, choosing Caroline was honestly one of our best decisions in planning our wedding.
From the very beginning, she has been a joy to deal with, easy to contact, fast in replying, provides extremely valuable input and understood what we wanted from the get-go.
On the day itself, she arrived early to scout the scene, give us backdrop options, see how the light is etc. she got amazing shots that we’re thrilled with.

When we got engaged, one of the easiest decisions we made was about who our photographer would be….. it was always going to be Wild Things Wed. Caroline had shot my sister’s wedding, and my friend’s wedding and so I knew the results would be beautiful and they both spoke so highly about working with her.
As a photographer, she has such a great way of putting people at ease, and getting all the shots you’ve asked for without it feeling like a chore – my whole family know and love her at this point!
What I REALLY appreciated too was how slick and professional the whole organisation part of working with Caroline is. I loved that Caroline uses a portal where you can add all the logistics for the day and your photo requests. It gave me confidence that everything was set up well for the day, and it felt so streamlined and efficient.
Any time I contacted her, Caroline was so quick to respond and she sent us an initial batch of beautiful photos within a day of our wedding. We were so, so happy with the results. A whole USB of photos came soon after to our home in a beautifully presented, keepsake box. Thank you Caroline and I hope we get to work with you again someday <3
